Hotel was well-maintained with comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful staff. The hotel is also within easy reach of popular attractions such as Kumamoto Castle, Shimatori Arcade, and Sakuramachi rooftop garden.

Girlwander

Very central place. 3 stops to Kumamoto Castle on the Tram, or you can just walk it. There is also a restaurant and shopping district nearby. Staff were friendly and find.

kind and helpful staff that allowed us to drop our bags and they even brought them up to our room so they’d be inside when we came back to get our key.

the location was great, the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and had great English support. The room was also spacious!
